We are pleased to announce that the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors met on October 4, 2017 and approved the 2018 budget, which did not include an increase in annual dues for 2018.
The dues breakdown for 2018 include:

| South Carolina Association of REALTORS | $140 |
| Western Upstate Association of REALTORS | $ 95 |
| Total Dues for 2018 Association Members | $390 |
Dues invoices were emailed on October 12th. If you did not receive your invoice, email jordan@westernupstatemls.com.
Please note the following payment options:
- Pay by check – Mail entire payment with the payment stub from your invoice
- Pay online by credit card – Visit the Association website (www.westernupstatemls.com), click on “Pay Dues” and log in using your NRDS number and last name
All dues are to be received by the Association office no later than January 15, 2018. After January 15, 2018, a late penalty of $50.00 will be charged. If dues remain unpaid by January 31, 2018 membership will be suspended and an additional $100.00 reactivation fee will be added.
