Effective January 1, 2022, the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® began requiring courses that are to be accepted to meet the NAR 2.5 hour code of ethics training requirement to have been completed by either a local REALTOR® Association or directly through NAR. No offerings from non-REALTOR® organizations will be accepted for credit.
To complete your ethics courses by December 31, 2024, you may complete your classes by one of the following:
- Complete the “Code of Ethics 2.5” continuing education course in the in-person or virtual format through Western Upstate (click here for upcoming schedule)
- Complete the online, anytime “Association Ethics” or “Everyday Ethics” course online (click here)
- Complete the free NAR Code of Ethics training online (click here)
