What’s New in MLS-Touch Version 4.0
MLS-Touch is the industry’s leading mobile app used by real estate professionals across the U.S. Packed with tools that keep you connected to listing, tax, and client data while you’re on-the-go, it’s available to you as a member benefit!
Whether you’re new to MLS-Touch or already using it, be sure to check out the latest update – version 4.0, will be available to you on December 4th. If your phone is set to auto-update your apps, it will automatically download. Otherwise, simply go to the App store / Google Play and manually download the update.
Here’s what’s new:
Sleeker New Look
The latest update offers a sleek home screen design that brings your favorite features front and center, exactly where you want them. The Map Search, InstaView, and Hotsheet buttons are now bigger and more prominently placed, ensuring fast and efficient access to all your data.

Parcel Dimensions Now Available
For MLS markets that have Realist® available, MLS-Touch allows you to easily zoom in on your Map Search results to see parcel boundaries. Now, with the latest update, you can also see parcel dimensions for a more complete picture of the extended area of the property.
Easier Location Searches
When you use the Advanced Search feature, it’s now even easier to lookup values of the second and third location tabs, like Subdivision, School District, Area, and County, etc. No more scrolling through all the values, simply enter a keyword into the search box to easily filter the list for matches and select the desired location criteria.
Multiple View Tours
Some properties have more than one view tour. With the 4.0 update you’ll be able to see all the View Tours available for the listing – giving you a more immersive experience.
View Office Information from Member Profiles
Get even more information at your fingertips! Under the More menu, choose the “Find Members” option, and you can now easily view office information from the member’s profile. Select “My Office Details” to view office address, phone, and where available, a list of agents belonging to the office.
